1) Scope
This Policy applies to information processed through the App and any support channels we operate. It does not cover third-party websites or services you may access through the App.
2) What we collect
- Content you choose: Photos, files, and PDFs you select or create within the App are processed locally on your device. We do not upload or store your images or PDFs on our servers.
- Purchase information: Apple and RevenueCat process purchase and subscription information (e.g., product identifiers, receipts, country or region). We receive subscription status (active/inactive, product tier) so the App can provide access to premium features.
- Device and usage data:
- Basic diagnostics and crash data may be provided by Apple or the OS.
- App version, device model, OS version.
- An app-specific user identifier created by RevenueCat to manage entitlements.
- Support communications: If you contact us, we collect the information you provide (e.g., email, message content, logs you choose to share).
We do not collect your photos, created PDFs, names, or contact information unless you proactively share them (e.g., by emailing support). We do not use IDFA and do not track you across apps or websites for advertising.
3) How we use information
- Provide and operate the App: Enable on-device image-to-PDF conversion; manage features and limits.
- Purchases and subscriptions: Verify eligibility, restore purchases, and unlock premium features.
