This Privacy Policy describes how Closet Design ("we", "our", or "the App") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.

By using Closet Design, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Information We Collect

Camera and Photo Library Access The App may request access to your device's camera and photo library to allow you to take photos of your closet, select existing photos for design transformation, and save generated designs. You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device Settings.

Photos and AI Processing When you upload or take a photo of your closet, the image is sent to our cloud processing service (via Google Cloud Functions) for AI-powered design transformation using Google Gemini API. Original photos are not permanently stored on our servers. Generated design images may be temporarily stored on our cloud storage for delivery purposes. We do not share your photos with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Locally Stored Data All design history (original and generated images), app preferences, and usage data is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. This data is not transmitted to our servers unless required for AI processing. Deleting the App will permanently remove all locally stored data.

Purchase Information If you subscribe to Closet Design Pro, your purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat, a third-party service, to manage subscription status. RevenueCat may collect an anonymous app user ID and purchase history to verify your subscription. We do not have access to your payment details, credit card information, or Apple ID.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above for the following purposes:

• To process and transform your closet photos using AI-powered design generation.
• To deliver generated design images back to you within the App.
• To manage and verify your subscription status.
• To store your design history locally on your device for your personal use.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the core functionality of the App.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

Google Cloud Functions and Gemini API Closet photos are sent to Google Cloud Platform for AI processing using Google Gemini API. Images are processed and generated designs are returned to the App. Google may retain data as described in their privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy

RevenueCat We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect anonymous identifiers and purchase data to verify subscription status. You can review RevenueCat's privacy policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy

Apple App Store All purchases and payments are processed by Apple. Apple's privacy policy applies to all transactions made through the App Store.
