Nico Melian ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Drop Pin mobile application (the "App").

Information We Collect

Location Data: The App accesses your device's location services to display your current location on the map. This data is used solely within the App to provide location sharing functionality and is not transmitted to our servers.

Camera Access: The App accesses your device's camera to capture photos for the Live Location sharing feature. Photos are only used when you choose to share them and are not stored on our servers.

Saved Locations: Any locations you save within the App are stored locally on your device using Core Data. This information is not transmitted to external servers.

Third-Party Services

RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect anonymous purchase and subscription data. Please review RevenueCat's privacy policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy for more information.

Apple Services: The App uses Apple Maps for location display and sharing. Your use of Apple Maps is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Data Storage and Security

All personal data, including saved locations and preferences, is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that collect or store your personal information.
