Nico Melian ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Don't Touch My Phone mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

Information You Provide

• PIN Code: You create a 4-digit PIN to activate and deactivate the alarm. This PIN is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to any server.

Intruder Photos When the Intruder Selfie feature is enabled, the App captures photos using the front-facing camera when the alarm is triggered or when an incorrect PIN is entered. These photos are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded, transmitted, or shared with any server or third party.

Sensor Data The App accesses the following device sensors solely to provide its alarm functionality. This data is processed in real time on your device and is never collected, stored externally, or transmitted:

• Accelerometer (motion detection)
• Proximity sensor (pocket detection)
• Battery state (charger detection)
• Audio route information (headset detection)
• Touch screen events (touch detection)

Subscription Information If you subscribe to Don't Touch My Phone Pro, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information described above solely to:

• Provide the alarm and anti-theft functionality of the App
• Store your preferences and settings locally on your device
• Process subscription status through Apple's StoreKit and RevenueCat frameworks

We do not use your information for advertising, analytics, tracking, profiling, or any purpose other than the core functionality of the App.
