This Privacy Policy explains how the developer of Touch Visualizer ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Touch Visualizer iOS app (the "App") or contact us. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].

1. INFORMATION PROCESSED ON YOUR DEVICE

Touch Visualizer creates interactive visual effects on your device. Your touches and finger movements are used to animate these effects. We do not transmit your touch paths or the visual effects you create to our servers or to RevenueCat.

The App stores preferences on your device, including your selected style, color palette, appearance, sound, haptic feedback, intensity, brightness, Gentle mode, and whether you have completed onboarding. Purchase-related identifiers and cached access information may also be stored locally. Device backups may include local app data, depending on your Apple settings.

You do not need to create an account or provide your name, email address, or phone number to use the App. The App does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise location.

1. PURCHASES AND REVENUECAT

The App offers optional Pro access through an auto-renewing weekly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Apple processes payments through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details or your Apple Account password.

We use RevenueCat to verify purchases, manage Pro access, restore purchases, prevent purchase fraud, and understand subscription performance. The App may connect to RevenueCat when it launches or checks access, even if you have not made a purchase.

Information processed for these purposes may include:

• A randomly generated app user identifier and a device vendor identifier, when available.
• Product identifiers, transaction identifiers, purchase records or receipts, purchase dates, subscription expiration and renewal status, and whether Pro access is active.
• Technical information such as app and SDK versions, device model, operating system version, language or locale, App Store country, and network connection information such as an IP address.
• Records of purchase-related activity and when the App last connected to the service.

These identifiers support purchase services; they are not a name or email address you have entered in the App. RevenueCat processes app-user information on our behalf. We may view purchase history and subscription reports through RevenueCat's dashboard.

1. SUPPORT COMMUNICATIONS

If you contact [email protected], we receive your email address, message, and any attachments or other information you choose to send. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot problems, and handle privacy or purchase-support requests. Please avoid sending passwords, full payment card details, or other information that is not necessary for your request.
