This Privacy Policy describes how Find Clothes By Photo ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The App is designed to minimize data collection. We do not require you to create an account or provide personal details to use the core features.

a) Photos you submit When you take a picture with the in-app camera or pick an image from your photo library, that image is sent from your device to our backend (hosted on Google Cloud / Firebase) in order to perform a visual search. The backend temporarily forwards the image to third-party services strictly to produce search results (see Section 4).

b) Information stored locally on your device The following information is stored only on your device and never transmitted to us:

• Your search history (photos and product results from past searches), stored in the App's private Documents folder.
• A counter of the number of free searches you have used.
• Your chosen appearance theme (System / Light / Dark).

You can clear the search history at any time from the History tab, or by deleting the App, which permanently erases all locally stored data.

c) Subscription and purchase data If you purchase a subscription (weekly or yearly), your purchase is processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to verify and manage your subscription status. RevenueCat assigns your device an anonymous identifier. We do not receive your Apple ID, payment details, or personal contact information.

d) Automatically collected technical data Standard server logs are generated when the App talks to our backend. These logs may include anonymized request metadata such as the time of request, the response size, approximate region derived from the device locale sent with the request, and an ephemeral URL generated for the uploaded image. Logs do not contain your name, email, Apple ID, or device identifier.

1. PERMISSIONS REQUESTED

The App asks for the following iOS permissions only when you attempt to use the related feature:

• Camera (NSCameraUsageDescription): to let you take a photo of a clothing item.
• Photo Library (NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription): to let you pick an existing photo of a clothing item.

You can revoke these permissions at any time in the iOS Settings app. The App does not request location, contacts, microphone, or health data.
