INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy describes how AI Outfit Planner ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We are based in Argentina and operate the App as a personal project. You can reach us at [email protected].

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We aim to collect as little information as possible. The categories of information we may handle are:

Profile information you provide During onboarding you may choose to tell us your gender, your styling goals, and your date of birth. This information is stored locally on your device using iOS user defaults. It is not transmitted to our servers.

Photos and images you upload When you use features such as Rate my outfit, Find my colors, the AI Stylist, or Add clothes from a search, you may upload photos from your camera or photo library, or select images returned by an image search. These images are sent to our backend so the AI features can process them and return a result. We do not associate uploaded images with your name, email, or any persistent identifier.

Wardrobe items Photos you add to your wardrobe are stored locally on your device. When you chat with the AI Stylist, a downscaled, low-resolution copy of your wardrobe items may be sent along with your message so the stylist can give context-aware suggestions.

Search queries When you search for clothes inside the App, the query text is sent to our backend, which proxies the request to a third-party image search provider.

Technical information When the App communicates with our backend, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, request timestamp, and approximate response status. This information is used only to keep the service running and to protect against abuse.

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, advertising identifiers, or any payment information. We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs in the App.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use the information described above to:

Provide the AI features of the App, such as outfit ratings, color palettes, stylist suggestions, and image search.

Process and temporarily store the images you submit so the AI providers can analyze them and return a response.

Keep the service operational, secure, and free from abuse.

Improve the App's reliability and quality.
