Kids Spelling Games is provided by Nicolas Gustavo Melian ("we", "us"). This policy covers the iOS and Android versions of the game. Parents and guardians can contact us at [email protected].

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY The game is designed for children. Children can play without creating an account or providing their name, email address, date of birth or other personal details. We do not ask children to upload photos, record their voice, share their location, chat with other users or create public profiles. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE The game stores progress, completed activities, earned coins, the selected companion, unlocked outfits and settings on the device so play can continue later. We do not send this gameplay information to a developer-operated server. The app does not include advertising or a third-party gameplay analytics service, and does not access your contacts, microphone, camera, photos or precise location.

PURCHASES A parent or guardian can purchase access to additional adventures through an optional weekly subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Apple processes purchases on iOS through the App Store and StoreKit. Google processes purchases on Android through Google Play Billing. The app receives purchase information, such as the product purchased, transaction or purchase token, purchase state and entitlement status, to unlock content, confirm purchases and restore access. The app exchanges purchase-related information with the applicable store for these purposes. We do not operate a separate purchase-validation server.

We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple and Google manage store accounts, payments, refunds and subscription records under their own terms and privacy policies. Their purchase services may also process device, connection and technical diagnostic information to operate, secure and troubleshoot billing. Store reporting may provide us with transaction and sales information associated with our app; we do not use it to build profiles of children or advertise to them.

The app uses a parent gate before purchase options and external links. This is a precaution for the parent area, not a verification of a person's identity or age. Parents should also use the purchase approval and authentication controls available from Apple or Google. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription; subscriptions must be managed through the store where they were purchased.

SUPPORT MESSAGES If you choose Report a Bug, Request a Feature or email us, your email application opens a draft. Nothing is sent until you send it. We receive your email address and the information you choose to include, and use them to answer the request, investigate the issue and maintain relevant support records. Our email provider processes messages to deliver and store them. Please do not include a child's name, photographs or other personal information. We keep support information only as long as needed for the request and applicable legal obligations.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION The app and operating system may generate local technical logs. Apple's and Google's platform services may process device and connection information, crash reports, performance information and billing diagnostics under their own privacy policies. Optional diagnostic sharing is also subject to the settings offered by the applicable platform. If platform diagnostic reports are made available to us, we use them to investigate faults and improve reliability. We do not include a separate advertising or behavioral tracking SDK. Gameplay is not sent to generative AI services.

EXTERNAL PAGES AND SERVICES Links in the parent area may open your browser, email application, Apple, Google or this privacy policy hosted by Notion. Those providers may process information such as your IP address, browser details, account information or messages under their own policies. The game does not offer unrestricted web browsing within the app.

RETENTION, DELETION AND YOUR CHOICES You can remove local game progress by deleting the app and its data. On Android, you can also clear the app's storage in system settings; Android cloud backup is disabled for this app. On iOS, device backups may retain app data according to your Apple backup settings. Purchase records held by Apple or Google are managed by those providers and are not erased when local progress is deleted.

There is no in-game account to delete. To request access, correction or deletion of personal information you have sent us, contact [email protected]. A parent or guardian may also contact us about information relating to their child. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including the right to receive a copy of your information, object to or restrict certain processing, or complain to a data protection authority. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it. We may need proportionate information to confirm that a request comes from the appropriate person. We do not request a child's personal information for this purpose unnecessarily.

If we learn that a child has sent us personal information without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it unless retention is required by law. Information handled by our email, hosting or store providers may be processed in countries other than yours under their applicable privacy arrangements.

SECURITY We use reasonable safeguards and limit our handling of personal information to the purposes described here. No system can guarantee absolute security. We may disclose information when legally required or when necessary to protect lawful rights, users or the security of the service.

CHANGES AND CONTACT We may update this policy to reflect changes to the game or legal requirements. The date above indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
